择要: 本文基于职称论文发布期刊中国29个省份1995-2012年的面板数据,研讨了异质性人力资源与全要素消费率增长之间的干系,并用空间计量办法停止了妥当性剖析。研讨发明,中国地域间的全要素消费率在1995-2012年间具有明显的空间正相干性。知识人力资源和技艺人力资源均对全要素消费增长率有明显正向促进作用,知识人力资源作用结果比技艺人力资源大。同时思索地区制度变迁,研讨后果阐明市场化水平越高的地区,知识人力资源影响结果越大,技艺人力资源作用结果反而越低。

Abstract: This paper studies the relationship between the idiosyncratic human capital and the total factor productivity growth based on the panel data of China’s 29 provinces from 1995 to 2012.The result indicates that both knowledge human capital and skill human capital play significantly positive role in promoting total factor productivity growth. The higher level of the human capital plays grater role on the total factor productivity growth. Taking he regional institutional change into account, the result shows that knowledge human capital plays grater role in the higher degree of the market. On contratry,the effect of skill human capital is lower.
